Returns and refunds
We’re a small company and because we make everything to order- we don’t offer refunds if you change your mind. Please make your selection carefully.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us for an exchange will not be accepted.
However, if your order is faulty, we’re more than happy to make an exchange.
Please send an email to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your item, please don't return an item without communicating with us first.
The cost of return postage is at the customer’s expense.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Taking a photo is recommended.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned; custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us (email@example.com) first and return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We want to ensure you have a great experience and end-up loving our products.
